HOW LONG WILL ORDERS PROCESSING TAKE?

Orders typically take up to 7 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holidays processing times may take up to 14 days. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
  • United States: 10 - 21 Business days. Tracking and secure check out are provided for all orders.
  • United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada: 15-30 Business days. Tracking and secure check out are provided for all orders.
  • Rest of the world: 20-40 Business days. Tracking and secure check out are provided for all orders.
  • Average transit times are typically received in 3 weeks.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

DO YOU OFFER TRACKED SHIPPING? 

Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends time to source for quality yet affordable products. We will provide a tracking number where applicable.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?  

If for any reason the items do not arrive within 45 business days, please contact us at hardemanenterprise@gmail.com for an immediate solution.

If you have ordered more than one item, they might arrive separately, as we ship from several warehouses.

What if i am not home during the delivery?

Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postman will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you may collect your parcel at your nearest post office.

I want to change my order/address, Can i?

Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.  We typically process orders the same day they are placed.  If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at hardemanenterprise@gmail.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises.  If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order.  

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

  • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your Product cost or replace it if you don't receive your order, it got damaged or was not as described in the product page. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
  • Note: There are no refunds on shipping costs.
  • Bedding sets, canvas, handmade jewelry are made to order, Since your product is custom made just for you, we do not take returns.
  • In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 6-8 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us via hardemanenterprise@gmail.com and we will issue a refund or resend your order. Refunds & Returns will not be processed after 30 days. Thanks for understanding!
